GymStars
Gymstars is the introductory competitive level at Extreme Gymnastics. Athletes in the GymStar program hold membership and compete in AAU gymnastics sanctioned competitions. These athletes focus on competitive readiness and basic skills technique
Levels 2-5/Silver-Platinum
Extreme athletes in levels 2-platinum hold membership and compete in NGA sanctioned events. Athletes in levels 2-platinum focus on continuing competitive maturity and perfecting basic and intermediate skills.
Levels 6-10/Diamond
Extreme Gymnastics athletes in Levels 6-10 & Diamond hold membership and compete in USAG sanctioned events. Athletes in Levels 6-10 & Diamond focus on intermediate & advanced skills with a focus on long term goals and college bound athletics preparation.
